Chocolate Banana Freezer Fudge

Ingredients (240 ml cup used)
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1 cup almonds
- 2 to 3 tbsps. Cocoa powder (or chocolate)
- 4 tbsps. Coconut oil
- ¼ cup of Unrefined sweetner or sugar
How to make the recipe
- Powder the almonds first.
- Add the other ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth,.
- Scrape off the sides and blend well till smooth, very smooth
- Transfer to a square pan lined with parchment paper
- Freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours. I freeze my knife as well to get proper cuts
- Cut them to squares.
- Stays good for more than 2 weeks in the freezer, but iam sure none will be left once you begin to eat.
