Cashew Almond Porridge
Dessert: Mundiri Bādām Thirukkamudu
The two most important ingredient in this porridge are cashew and almond. That was not too hard to guess, I suppose :).
And if you are familiar with the other porridge recipes on this website you would know that you need milk, sugar and clarified butter
(ghee).
First you need to grind the cashew nut and almond to a paste. You can do this by adding a little milk and running the two
nuts through your mixer-grinder. The two nuts = cashew and almond :) Now pour the contents in a bowl, add some more milk and sugar. Boil the
mixture for about 10 minutes. Keep stirring.
Take it off the stove and leave it aside for 5 minutes to settle. You can serve Cashew Almond Porridge hot or cold.
